Happy New Year's!!! (OK, only 2 weeks late)

We have been extremely busy the last two weeks. During the end of December and beginning of January we hosted Katie's family. We had Katie's parents, all of her sisters, two brother-in-laws, a baby niece, and an uncle and aunt. All rooms (even all air mats and couches) were full. We spent most of our time playing games, eating, shopping, going out to eat, home poker games, plenty trips to a few of our local casinos, eating, watching movies, going to movie theater, and more games. It was good to have everyone here and I felt that all had a good time with no complaints. With that many people, its just hard to do one thing that everyone "wants" to do but I believe we did a pretty good job.

After Katie's family left, we had a day to pick up, clean for our next guess to arrive. My sister and her family came down for their wedding anniversary and a nephew's birthday. Angela and Jon went to the Las Vegas Temple Friday night while we watched the kids. The next day we went to the Strip to the MGM Casino to see the lions, M & M world, Coca-Cola World, Bellagio Casino to see the water show (that didn't happen after we walked 20 minutes with kids due to high winds), and Slots of Fun to have a one of their famous Half Pound, Foot long hot dogs for $.99. Katie and I like ours with nacho cheese, Jon got his with chili, and the kid got theirs with the regular ketchup and mustard. We then drove down the strip see the pirates ship at Treasure Island. We all went to church on Sunday and had Alex's birthday party that night. Braydon's friends Ryan and Sierra also came to the party.

Other then that, I've been working, Braydon is back is school, and Katie is managing the house. Check out my sisters website to look at some picture since we forgot our camera and she hasn't emailed them to me yet.

Sports Update: The NFL playoff are here (that's why I changed my background). I will be attending the UNLV vs BYU basketball game this week with Braydon, Mike, and Ryan so pictures will be coming of that. Jazz have been struggling and hopefully they will turn it around.
