Things aren't going good!!!
Then came the bad news!!
The Arizona Cardinals have cancelled their training camp here in Flagstaff. Recently, NAU had an outbreak of the Norivirus, which is a bad stomach sickness. NAU was hosting some youth soccer, wrestling, and cheerleading camps. The outbreak influnced all three camps that were going on at the time so NAU cancelled all of the remaining camps for the rest of the summer. The main outbreak was in one of the two dorms that the Cardinals were going to use. NAU has said that the two dorms for the Cardinals have been deep cleaned for them to prevent any sickness. The Cardinals officials decided to move their training camp to Prescott, Az to prevent any chance of contracting the norivirus. Prescott is about an hour away from us so I could still possibly go but I would have Braydon with me and he is a car-sick child so I'm still debating the pros and cons with myself. My heart has been broken!!!
That's about it for us. The Moore-Walker clan will be here for the weekend. I will get pictures up as soon as possible. I recently changed the settings on our Comment section (Thanks Angela) so that anybody can leave a comment. Feel free to comment on anything we've talked about, any questions you have, or just to say hi. We would love to hear from you and it also helps us know who is looking at our website and who needs a good kick in the Gluteus Maximus!!!

Life Here in Arizona
Life here in Arizona has been hot!!! We have been getting afternoon showers for the last couple of days which has been a relief!!! As you can see from the picture above, YES, we have a young Jedi in our family. Braydon loves Star Wars and watches at least 1 episode a day (He would watch more if we let him!) This picture was taken when we where at Katie's parents house while we where up in Utah for Jeff's wedding.
I have just finished my second week of a five-week internship. I feel that things are going very well. I've started filling out daily notes, letters to patients physicans, and changing exercise plans so that the patients can progress. It's good to get out of the classroom and actually apply things that I've learned to "real" patients. I have to write a case report on one of my patients that I see during my five-week intern. I've narrowed it down to two patients so I'm doing some pre-research to see which one has more things out there to research from. I'll have to let you know how that goes.
Katie is doing good. She is working two jobs to support our family (which I'm VERY grateful for!) She works at a Best Western Hotel as a front desk clerk durning the days, three times a week and she all so works at Flagstaff Athletic Club at nights doing cleaning, four nights a week. She gets very busy and very tired. She just keeps saying to herself that as soon as I'm done with school, I will be supporting her and she won't have to work!!! And I agree!
