Things aren't going good!!!

This week the Arizona Cardinals are scheduled to start training camp here in happy Flagstaff. Last year, we moved here right after the Cardinals left so I was not able to attend any of there practices or simulated games. Since I'm still doing my internship, I will only be able to attend their Friday and Saturday practices. I'm ok with that since Saturday's are the simulated game days which I think would be more exciting to watch then practice (I've been there and done that!). This first weekend, the Cardinals have an hour autograph session after their simulated game. I went out and bought a brand new white Cardinals hat and a brand new black sharpie to get the autographs of Larry Fitzgerald, Kurt Warner, Antrel Rolle (Rookie out of Miami), Aaron Franisco (Yes, the BYU CB rookie), Anquan Boldin, Bertrand Berry (ALL-PRO last year), and who ever else I can get.

Then came the bad news!!

The Arizona Cardinals have cancelled their training camp here in Flagstaff. Recently, NAU had an outbreak of the Norivirus, which is a bad stomach sickness. NAU was hosting some youth soccer, wrestling, and cheerleading camps. The outbreak influnced all three camps that were going on at the time so NAU cancelled all of the remaining camps for the rest of the summer. The main outbreak was in one of the two dorms that the Cardinals were going to use. NAU has said that the two dorms for the Cardinals have been deep cleaned for them to prevent any sickness. The Cardinals officials decided to move their training camp to Prescott, Az to prevent any chance of contracting the norivirus. Prescott is about an hour away from us so I could still possibly go but I would have Braydon with me and he is a car-sick child so I'm still debating the pros and cons with myself. My heart has been broken!!!

That's about it for us. The Moore-Walker clan will be here for the weekend. I will get pictures up as soon as possible. I recently changed the settings on our Comment section (Thanks Angela) so that anybody can leave a comment. Feel free to comment on anything we've talked about, any questions you have, or just to say hi. We would love to hear from you and it also helps us know who is looking at our website and who needs a good kick in the Gluteus Maximus!!!

Site's looking good, my friend. Good luck with the autograph situation...but let's be honest, the Cards suck anyway ;) But at least you have a football team close. All we have is BYU football..which ain't the same without Big D next to me.

N-E-ways, keep up the good work on the site. We check it often.
