We haven't done much this week. It was one of those long and boring weeks that seem to go on and on and on. Braydon has been sick for the last couple of days with a fever and upset (I mean really UPSET) stomach. He didn't go to daycare or school on Friday. He did end up going to school with me because all I have on Fridays are presentations which only last an hour or so. He had a good time. The lights are turned down while the student is presenting so he laid down next to me and went to sleep since he did NOT sleep a wink on Thursday night.
I had big test (got 90%) and practical (pass/fail) in my Neuro class. It was on the Spinal Cord injuries. Our practical is set up so that about 10-12 students get called up in pairs to demonstrate different techniques in certain situations. I was called up (I've been called up to demonstrate 3 out of the 4 practicals that we've had) to be a patient with a L3 spinal cord injury. I was graded on how good I "played" the part and my partner was graded on how well she did in doing a Motor Exam on me. We both passed but 4 out of the 12 students didn't and will have to do it over again.
Sorry about not adding any pictures, we've been slacking and haven't been anywhere exciting. Maybe we will do better next week.
