Championship & Streak Snapped???

We came back to Vegas ready for the baseball playoffs. Braydon's team won their first round game while we were in Utah. We made it back home in time for the second round. He played the A's and it was the last team he faced before we left for Utah. He continued his hitting streak to 6 in the win with a 3 for 3 game:

Hit #1

Hit #2

Hit #3

We then play in the Semi-Finals against the Yankees (I hate the Yankees). During our 2nd round game, the Yankee Coach came to "Scout" us and was taking notes on all our players, where they were hitting the ball, and who were our best fielders. Needless to say, from a very reliable source, that high school coaches don't even do that (and this is coach pitch remember).
Braydon continued his hitting streak to 7 in the win going 1-3. It was the teams best game of the year by far:

We then play the next day (in the morning) against the Rockies who we played twice during the year. We won one and lost one. The team just looked tired and slow. They played so hard the night before and the tank was on EMPTY. Braydon's hitting streak was snapped in the process at 7 games with an 0-3 effert in which he was the last out of the game (I don't think he realized that). We didn't play "Pepper" with him that morning before the game like we have the last 7 games so the blame can rest on us a little but the whole team was down for some reason. We are so VERY proud of Braydon. He has improves so much in such a little time and now he loves to throw and hit the baseball around. Here are some Trophy Presentation pictures (also in Photo Album):
Now we are getting ready for Fall Ball to start so more baseball to come!!! Yes, It was also my Birthday so we went to eat lunch with the Crane's because they came to support Braydon in his game. Katie then took me to Dinner at a Seafood/Chinesse Buffet. I added some pictures (yes, that is an oyster and sushi) of the last few weeks so take a look.

Cute golf ball cake Katie! That oyster and sushi looked NASTY. Looks like we need to come down there to play some new games. Be sure when you guys come up that you bring a disc with all the Disneyland pics on it. That would be aweseom!

Way to go Braydon on your games. You have a good batting form, and hit the ball well. Hope you do well in the next baseball games. Can't wait to see you play...
