Five Year Anniversary!!!

Friday Night, Katie and I celebrated our 5-year anniversary. Man, Time sure has gone by fast!!! My sister was nice enough to let Braydon spend the night at her house so we could enjoy our special day without a child. We went to The Smokehouse in Provo for dinner. It a B-B-Q place. I got the beef and Katie got the pork. It was my first time there but Katie had gone to the Orem one before with her family and said the Orem one was "A LOT BETTER."

We then went to Movies 8 to see Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. I know it came out a while ago but we don't like paying a lot of money to see movies so we wait until they hit the dollar movies. We both enjoyed it and think that Braydon will have to be a little older to watch it. We also finished our Christmas shopping (for the most part). We then went to Leatherby's for Ice Cream. We have fallen in love with that place and try to get there as often as possible.

Katie's Grandma has been in the hospital for the last few days. We've spent a lot of our spare time down there with family checking up with her. She has been doing better and hopefully she will be able to get home soon.

Internship is going good. I begin my forth week on Monday so by my next entry, I will be half way done!!!

The Smoke House and Leatherby's are two of our most favorite places EVER! We wholeheartedly agree... Orem Smoke House is MUCH BETTER! It's cheep, has great food, and Tait and Blake can eat there without any fuss... they like the mac & cheese.
We actually went to Leatherby's on our anniversay a couple of months ago. I'm in love with their hot fudge. And their toasted almond ice cream is wonderful!

We're glad you had a good anniversary. Leave January 5th and 6th open to return us the favor! :) Hope your grandma gets to come home soon. Take care.

Congrats on your 5th anniversary. Time sure does fly when you're having fun, huh? I haven't been to The Smoke House but when you come to visit us in NC for a UNC vs Duke game we'll take you to a down-home, southern BBQ restaurant.:)
