Yes, can you believe it?? We celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary on November 10th. We didn't have much planned. I had school until noon on Thursday and Katie had to work until three. I made a visit to a local flower shop and surprised Katie with some roses (Yes, I know, I'm romantic) and also had dinner ready for her when she got home (Meatloaf and Yummy potatoes-Thanks Nanny for the leftover potatoes!!!)On Friday, we planned to go have lunch at Sakura Sushi & Teppanyaki restaurant. It was alright. Katie doesn't like that style of food but I do. I was disappointed at the food and service at least for the price we paid. I still prefer the Teppanyaki restaurant in Provo. I think I enjoyed the entertainment in Provo better. In Provo, they cook a shrimp for every customer and then flip it at you and you try to catch it in your mouth. They didn't do that here. Katie and I both agreed that Teppanyaki in Provo is a lot better. They did do a big "Ring of Fire" here that Braydon loved. Of course, we didn't order anything for Braydon because he doesn't eat anything except for a peanut butter and honey sandwich. We have some pictures in our photo album.
I start another week of cardio-pulm class which will consist of a test Monday, and another test Wednesday along with a practical. I'll let you know if I survive next week.

I hear the potatoes got a little crispy on top. Sorry that I didn't specify that you're supposed to cook it with a piece of tin foil over the top! I'm glad it all turned out good and you had a good anniversary. The pictures are cute! We love you all.
